After the occultation on August 21, 2024, this will be the last until December 9, 2036.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1ca36a576d06a2107d49735aa116cade wp-block-paragraph\">The observatory will be open on this occasion, weather permitting. More information will follow.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-949702a7d47af86d2d6b3dd3faa95bbf wp-block-paragraph\">The event can be seen with the naked eye from parts of North Africa and Europe. It is still too bright in Central America.
